1. Foster continuous engagement with regional markets through meetings, KPI analysis, and reporting.
2. Manage the order portfolio within market constraints to optimize service levels and lead times.
3. Oversee new product launch orders, ensuring alignment with forecasts and delivery schedules.
4. Serve as the primary contact for market inquiries, optimizing order flows based on business priorities.
5. Maintain operational links with distribution center teams and Supply Chain S&OP to ensure global flow efficiency.
6. Participate in process changes and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience with a focus on supply chain.
2. Experience in market or client portfolio management is preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with a customer service orientation.
2. Proficiency in PowerBI is advantageous.
3. Autonomous management and excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating stakeholders.
4. Proficient in English for daily communication with international partners.
5. Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.

A minimum of one year in market or client portfolio management is preferred.

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in supply chain or related field.
