Chanel Regional Sales Manager

- Lead, coach, and develop Sell Out Managers and Counter Managers in the Central Germany region.
- Strategically and operationally manage selected retail partners in alignment with Chanel's business and sales strategy.
- Maximize Sell-In and Sell-Out targets and manage the rollout of new products.
- Coordinate customer-specific marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the head office, particularly with Sales Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and Training departments.
- Successful completion of a degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Digital proficiency and strong command of MS Office.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
- Residence in Central Germany, ideally in Frankfurt.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Passion for sales and strategic goal achievement.
- Analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Interest in beauty and luxury products.
Several years of experience in a leadership position within sales, ideally in the beauty sector.
Degree in business administration or equivalent.
