1. Lead, coach, and develop Sell Out Managers and Counter Managers in Northern Germany.
2. Strategically and operationally manage selected retail partners in alignment with Chanel's business and sales strategy.
3. Maximize Sell-In and Sell-Out targets and manage the rollout of new products.
4. Coordinate customer-specific marketing and promotional activities.
5. Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines.
6. Collaborate closely with the Head Office, particularly with Sales Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and Training departments.

1. Completed degree in commerce or related field.
2. Several years of leadership experience in sales, ideally within the beauty industry.
3. Digital proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
4. Valid driver's license (Class B).
5. Residence in Northern Germany, preferably Hamburg.
6. Fluency in German and English.

Several years of leadership experience in sales, ideally within the beauty industry.

Completed degree in commerce or related field.
