1. Oversee and optimize the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, enhancing efficiencies in inventory cost, supply chain cost, and finance operations.
2. Ensure alignment of Order-to-Cash processes with operational and organizational health objectives.
3. Anticipate potential impacts on business and operations, addressing gaps and pain points.
4. Drive harmonization across markets, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
5. Leverage automation and advanced technologies, such as AI, RPA, and Data Analytics, to streamline Order-to-Cash processes.
6. Lead Order-to-Cash transformation projects under the HERO program, collaborating with Global Process Owners to ensure consistency across regions.
7. Facilitate workshops to identify and address local requirements, process gaps, and reporting needs.
8. Document and communicate the current and future state of Order-to-Cash processes with precision.
9. Partner with the Change/Communication training team to drive change management and user adoption.
10. Establish effective performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor the impact of Order-to-Cash process enhancements.
11. Serve as the primary regional point of contact for Order-to-Cash-related engagements.
12. Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional CFOs, finance teams, and external consultants.
13. Promote a collaborative environment that supports the transition to a Process-Based Organization.
14. Lead and mentor a team of process analysts and consultants, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
15. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Order-to-Cash transformation, ensuring timely resolution of project issues.
16. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure long-term success.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
2. 12+ years of experience in finance operations, supply chain operations, and process transformation.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with inventory costs, supply chain costs, and retail operations.
4. Proven expertise in ERP system implementation, such as MS D365 FO.
5. Solid understanding of process change management and driving digital transformation.
6. Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions for Order-to-Cash processes.
7. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
8. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation projects across multiple markets in Asia.
9. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving results.
10. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Proven experience leading finance and supply chain transformation projects, especially within the Order-to-Cash domain. Experience working across multiple Asia markets and managing diverse stakeholder groups.

University graduate with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Supply Chain. Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
