1. Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of human resources and sustainability data in compliance with company policies and external regulations.
2. Collaborate with HR, sustainability, finance, and IT departments to ensure data accuracy and support sustainability goals and CSRD compliance.
3. Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on People Solutions such as Workday.
4. Design and develop HR dashboards for tracking KPIs and create reports and presentations for HR Directors and P&O stakeholders.
5. Provide support and training for HR in using Workday for core HR processes and resolve related issues.
6. Collaborate with the IT team for seamless integration of Workday with other HR systems.
7. Guide and partner with P&O Europe expert teams on data accuracy and management initiatives.

1. 5+ years of experience in HR data management and governance.
2. Experience in data consolidation, management, and reporting within a sustainability or HR context.
3. Project management experience with a successful track record.
4. Comfortable with using Data Governance tools such as data catalogue.
5. Knowledge of HRIS Technologies (Workday, Successfactors, Oracle Cloud) is a plus.
6. Knowledge of Data visualization tools like PowerBi or Tableau is a plus.

5+ years of experience in HR data management and governance, with project management experience.
