1. Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of human resources and sustainability data in compliance with company policies and external regulations.
2. Collaborate with HR, sustainability, finance, and IT departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment with sustainability goals and CSRD requirements.
3. Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on People Solutions such as Workday.
4. Design and develop HR dashboards for tracking KPIs, and create reports and presentations for HR Directors and P&O stakeholders.
5. Serve as a key user of Workday, providing support for core HR processes and resolving functionality and data accuracy issues.
6. Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other HR systems.
7. Conduct training sessions to improve proficiency in Workday for HR and employees outside France.
8. Guide and partner with P&O Europe expert teams on initiatives involving data accuracy and management.

1. 5+ years of experience in HR data management and governance.
2. Experience in data consolidation, management, and reporting within a sustainability or HR context.
3. Project management experience with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.

1. Proficiency in Data Governance tools such as data catalogues.
2. Knowledge of HRIS Technologies like Workday, Successfactors, Oracle Cloud.
3. Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBi or Tableau.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to inspire and engage team members.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management and governance, with a focus on sustainability or HR contexts.
