Chanel Regional People Sustainability Insights & Analytics Project Manager

- Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of human resources and sustainability data in compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, sustainability, finance, and IT departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment with sustainability goals and CSRD requirements.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on People Solutions such as Workday.
- Design and develop HR dashboards for tracking KPIs, and create reports and presentations for HR Directors and P&O stakeholders.
- Serve as a key user of Workday, providing support for core HR processes and resolving functionality and data accuracy issues.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other HR systems.
- Conduct training sessions to improve proficiency in Workday for HR and employees outside France.
- Guide and partner with P&O Europe expert teams on initiatives involving data accuracy and management.
- 5+ years of experience in HR data management and governance.
- Experience in data consolidation, management, and reporting within a sustainability or HR context.
- Project management experience with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in Data Governance tools such as data catalogues.
- Knowledge of HRIS Technologies like Workday, Successfactors, Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBi or Tableau.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to inspire and engage team members.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management and governance, with a focus on sustainability or HR contexts.
