Chanel Regional Market Coordination Specialist

- Manage the order portfolio for Chanel subsidiaries in the Asia and Japan markets, ensuring adherence to procedures and maximizing client service levels.
- Maintain daily communication with markets and the distribution center to support customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate ongoing relationships with markets through meetings, KPI analysis, and report writing.
- Optimize order allocation and launch preparation to enhance service rates and reduce lead times.
- Oversee new product launch orders, ensuring alignment with forecasts, product availability, and desired delivery dates.
- Serve as the primary contact for market inquiries regarding product availability and delivery timelines, optimizing order flows based on business priorities.
- Coordinate with Distribution Center teams (Scheduling, Transport, Quality) and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient global flow.
- Participate in process changes within the region and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Ideally, initial experience in market or client portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills with a customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English for daily verbal and written communication with international partners.
- Autonomous management skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to coordinate and engage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is advantageous.
Preferably some experience in managing markets or client portfolios.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field.
