1. Oversee the entire recruitment process for interns and apprentices across Europe, including drafting and disseminating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and making final selections.
2. Organize recruitment campaigns and school engagement activities such as forums, job fairs, and campus events.
3. Collaborate closely with managers to understand their needs and assist in candidate selection.
4. Participate in coordinating the onboarding programs for new hires.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School, University, or equivalent.

1. Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Proficiency in office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail.

No specific prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and recruitment is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School, University, or equivalent.
