1. Identify suitable locations for stores, offices, and storage units within the assigned region.
2. Manage the entire deal process from planning and negotiation to lease execution and ongoing portfolio management.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as landlords, developers, brokers, and advisors.
4. Gather and analyze market intelligence to execute the company's real estate strategy.
5. Lead distribution planning across business divisions and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
6. Negotiate commercial terms with landlords to maximize profitability across retail and non-retail properties.
7. Orchestrate all property-related activities, ensuring compliance, timelines, and cost efficiency.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of existing lease agreements and manage all rights and obligations.
9. Act as the key liaison between the Real Estate team and internal stakeholders.
10. Support timely and accurate payment processes by collaborating with the Finance team.
11. Manage the lease administration system and associated databases to ensure data accuracy.
12. Facilitate ongoing real estate discussions post-contract signing and boutique opening.
13. Serve as the key point of contact between Chanel's standalone boutiques and shopping center management teams.
14. Support the planning and execution of landlord-related events and engagements.
15. Manage travel arrangements and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.

1. University Degree, higher qualifications and international exposure is an advantage

2. Adept at negotiation and influencing stakeholders
3. Skilled in presenting ideas and building consensus
4. Ability to connect brand vision with business strategy
5. Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to data accuracy
6. Deep understanding of property lease management and commercial negotiation
7. Proficient in managing projects, internal processes, and risk mitigation
8. Technologically savvy, with strong command of Microsoft Office and digital tools
9. Open-minded, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and succeed

Proven experience as a senior lease management professional with established relationships across key landlords in Asia. Demonstrated success as a front-line negotiator with strong command of commercial, technical, and legal contract language.
