1. Develop real estate reports, both operational and financial, and monitor valuations.
2. Enhance tracking tools, controls, and future simulations of rents and leasing expenses for Chanel's entities in France, including budgeting and forecasting.
3. Centralize real estate documents and data by collecting from various departments, analyzing documents, extracting data, and integrating into the management software.
4. Participate in ongoing negotiations.
5. Assist in establishing processes to coordinate various ongoing real estate projects within the Maison.
6. Conduct real estate market research, including trends, major transactions, and legal updates, and produce and present market analysis reports.

1. Master's degree in Business, preferably with a specialization or initial experience in real estate.
2. Proactive, meticulous, curious, and versatile with a penchant for handling diverse topics.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage responsibilities.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Comfortable with IT tools.
3. Excellent written communication skills.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.

Master's degree in Business or a related field.
