1. Monitor and evaluate product safety, focusing on adverse effects and usage-related incidents.
2. Assist in collecting and analyzing quality-related complaints on an international scale.
3. Support customer relations teams in addressing consumer inquiries and complaints.
4. Draft reports and assessments on perceived product quality.
5. Collaborate closely with internal divisions such as R&D and Quality, as well as market teams.

1. Advanced degree in cosmetics, chemistry, medicine, or pharmacy.
2. Proven initial experience in product quality management.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Adaptability, rigor, and reliability.
3. Strong collaborative skills and interpersonal communication.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Previous experience in a role related to product quality is required.

Advanced degree in cosmetics, chemistry, medicine, or pharmacy.
