1. Implement and maintain QHSE management systems, collaborating with various stakeholders to update guidelines.
2. Lead and manage quality projects, ensuring adherence to established procedures and evaluating QHSE performance.
3. Drive continuous improvement processes, managing QHSE events such as anomalies, deviations, and audit discrepancies.
4. Coordinate and animate quality culture within Chanel Parfums Beauté, fostering synergies with site quality teams and markets.
5. Manage and utilize IT tools to support quality management initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (chemistry, agro, biology, pharmacy, cosmetology, or related).
2. 1-2 years of experience in quality management.
3. Proficiency in national and international regulations applicable to the industry.
4. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese quality standards is advantageous.

1. Strong project management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
3. Excellent written communication and orthographic skills.
4. Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating diplomacy and influence.

1-2 years of experience in quality management within a relevant industry.

Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
