Chanel Quality Project Manager

The division's central QHSE team is tasked with defining and implementing quality and HSE policies and guidelines across the Perfumes & Beauty sector, from sourcing materials to market distribution, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to establish the division as a recognized quality leader in the cosmetics industry.
- Contribute to supplier quality initiatives in collaboration with operational quality teams and purchasing teams, including drafting and updating quality guidelines and managing supplier quality documentation.
- Facilitate cross-functional supplier quality management committees, focusing on raw material control policies and annual quality reviews.
- Conduct quality and CSR audits of suppliers and agricultural supply chains both domestically and internationally.
- Lead strategic projects to support the division and market teams in mastering quality processes and ensuring compliance with current and future regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert insight on cosmetic quality standards and continuous process improvement.
- Promote the Perfumes & Beauty division's quality policy among teams and strategic partners to ensure professionalism and engagement.
- Define and implement QHSE system monitoring indicators.
- Contribute to supplier evaluation processes and animate the division's quality network.
- Conduct quality training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or food science with at least 5 years of experience in quality or QHSE, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Significant experience in supplier auditing and familiarity with key quality practice standards.
- Experience in conducting CSR and agricultural supply chain audits.
- Dynamic, organized, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and synthesis abilities.
- Project management skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum of 5 years in quality or QHSE, ideally within the cosmetics industry, with significant supplier audit experience.
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or food science.
