1. Define and implement the strategy for equipment, facilities, and utilities qualification for a new perfume manufacturing site.
2. Collaborate with local quality teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by creating standardized documents for the project.
4. Recommend qualification and validation strategies.
5. Establish qualification/validation schedules in line with the new site's delivery timeline and equipment transfer.
6. Analyze technical documentation related to equipment, facilities, and utilities.
7. Draft all qualification and validation documents, including protocols and reports.
8. Create a pool of standardized documents to enhance process improvement.
9. Lead and oversee the qualification and validation stages for equipment, facilities, and utilities.
10. Monitor operational qualification phases (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
11. Document and track non-conformities and associated corrective actions.
12. Provide comprehensive reporting on validation activities' progress.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment/facilities/utilities qualification, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic sectors.

1. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality standards (e.g., GMP, 21CFR part 210 & 211).
2. Proven project management skills.
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
4. Strong writing skills and ability to propose solutions.
5. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 5 years in equipment, facilities, and utilities qualification, ideally within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries.

Bachelor's degree +5 in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
