Quality Project Manager

1. Define and implement the equipment, facilities, and utilities qualification strategy for a new perfume manufacturing site.
2. Participate in continuous improvement of the system by creating standard documents.
3. Recommend qualification and validation strategies.
4. Establish qualification/validation schedules in line with the new site delivery and equipment transfer timelines.
5. Analyze technical documentation related to equipment, facilities, and utilities.
6. Draft qualification and validation documents and associated quality documentation.
7. Create standardized document pools for process improvement.
8. Lead and monitor the qualification and validation stages of equipment, facilities, and utilities.
9. Oversee operational phases of qualification and validation.
10. Formalize and track non-conformities and corrective actions.
11. Provide comprehensive reporting on validation activities progress.

1. Bachelor's degree +5, ideally in chemical/biological engineering or pharmacy.
2. At least 5 years of experience in equipment/facilities/utilities qualification, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic sector.

1. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality standards (e.g., GMP pharma/cosmetics, 21CFR part 210 & 211).
2. Recognized project management skills.
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Strong writing abilities.
5. Proactive and collaborative team player.
6. Proficient in English (oral and written).

At least 5 years of experience in equipment/facilities/utilities qualification, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic sector.

Comprehensive onboarding program including training on Chanel Parfums Beauté history and products.
