Chanel Quality Project Manager

- Define and implement the strategy for equipment, facilities, and utilities qualification for a new perfume manufacturing site.
- Collaborate with local quality teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by creating standardized documents for the project.
- Recommend qualification and validation strategies.
- Establish qualification/validation schedules in line with the new site's delivery timeline and equipment transfer.
- Analyze technical documentation related to equipment, facilities, and utilities.
- Draft all qualification and validation documents, including protocols and reports.
- Create a pool of standardized documents to enhance process improvement.
- Lead and oversee the qualification and validation stages for equipment, facilities, and utilities.
- Monitor operational qualification phases (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Document and track non-conformities and associated corrective actions.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on validation activities' progress.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment/facilities/utilities qualification, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic sectors.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality standards (e.g., GMP, 21CFR part 210 & 211).
- Proven project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Strong writing skills and ability to propose solutions.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years in equipment, facilities, and utilities qualification, ideally within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries.
Bachelor's degree +5 in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
