Chanel Quality Project Manager

- Deploy and adjust the validation strategy for computerized systems as necessary.
- Establish a validation schedule aligned with the delivery timeline of the new site and new applications/solutions.
- Draft comprehensive validation documents, including risk analysis, validation plans, protocols, reports, and traceability matrices.
- Execute or assist in executing tests for various validation stages (QC, QI/QO/QP).
- Oversee and verify validation activities conducted by other departments or third parties (suppliers, service providers) if applicable.
- Formalize and track non-conformities and associated corrective actions.
- Provide complete reporting on the progress of validation activities.
- Participate in other continuous improvement projects related to computerized systems validation.
- Bachelor's degree +5, ideally in engineering, chemistry, biology, information systems, or pharmacy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in computerized systems validation in the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and mastery of quality standards (e.g., BPF pharma/cosmetics, 21CFR part 210 & 211, 21 CFR part 11).
- Recognized project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Strong writing skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
At least 3 years of experience in computerized systems validation within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.
Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering, chemistry, biology, information systems, or pharmacy.
