Quality Project Manager

1. Deploy and adjust the validation strategy for computerized systems.
2. Establish the validation schedule in line with the delivery schedule of the new site and new applications/solutions.
3. Draft all validation documents and associated quality documentation.
4. Execute or assist in executing tests for various validation stages.
5. Supervise and verify operational validation activities performed by other services or third parties.
6. Formalize and track non-conformities and associated corrective actions.
7. Provide comprehensive reporting on the progress of validation activities.
8. Participate in other continuous improvement projects related to computerized systems validation.

1. Bachelor's degree +5, ideally in engineering (chemistry/biology/IT) or pharmacy.
2. At least 3 years of experience in computerized systems validation in the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic sector.

1. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and mastery of quality standards (e.g., GMP pharma/cosmetics, 21CFR part 210 & 211, 21 CFR part 11).
2. Recognized project management skills.
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Strong writing abilities.
5. Proactive and collaborative team player.
6. Proficient in English (oral and written).

At least 3 years of experience in computerized systems validation within the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic sector.

Comprehensive onboarding program including training on the history and products of Chanel Perfumes and Beauty.
