Chanel Quality Performance Project Manager Intern

- Support the rationalization and efficiency of quality control for finished products in distribution centers in France and Italy.
- Assist in the deployment of the quality sampling IT tool.
- Prepare the pilot modulation of controls with relevant product lines.
- Monitor deployment and track control indicators and operational impacts.
- Correlate pilot results with modeled simulations.
- Define future deployment steps.
- Formalize operational needs, expectations, and requirements with partners.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Label, including operational needs and expectations.
- Monitor the implementation of Partner Quality Assurance using newly created indicators.
- Review and enhance documentation related to Partner Quality Assurance processes.
- Manage the transition to the new Electronic Document Management (EDM) tool.
- Verify document versioning for transfer.
- Manage destination architecture based on internal and external service users.
- Ensure proper functioning of validation workflows, authorizations, and publications across various spaces, avoiding duplicates.
- Currently enrolled in a general engineering school or equivalent program.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
No prior experience required, but a desire to work in a demanding environment surrounded by Chanel product experts and the Maison's craftsmanship is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
