- Design and lead the implementation of IT solutions to enhance the efficiency, quality, and traceability of industrial processes.
- Coordinate all project phases from requirements definition to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure coordination among internal and external stakeholders, including IT solution providers and service vendors.
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and user satisfaction through adequate documentation, training, and continuous support.
- Secure the transition of projects to operational mode and assist maintenance teams in supporting quality issues within SLA compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and IT tools by proposing innovative solutions and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in SAP project management within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on quality.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management processes and information systems (ERP, QMS, LIMS).
- Advanced proficiency in SAP QM module and its integration with other modules (MM, PP, SD, WM, HUM).
- Proven IT project management skills (planning, risk management, resource management) and expertise in methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Client-oriented mindset with the ability to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Strong autonomy, rigor, and decision-making capability in a complex and evolving environment.
- Developed analytical and synthesis skills, capable of effectively solving complex problems.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 10 years in SAP project management within the manufacturing sector, focusing on quality management.
Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
