1. Design and lead the implementation of IT solutions to enhance the efficiency, quality, and traceability of industrial processes.
2. Coordinate all project phases from requirements definition to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
3. Collaborate with operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
4. Ensure coordination among internal and external stakeholders, including IT solution providers and service vendors.
5. Guarantee the quality of deliverables and user satisfaction through adequate documentation, training, and continuous support.
6. Secure the transition of projects to operational mode and assist maintenance teams in supporting quality issues within SLA compliance.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and IT tools by proposing innovative solutions and identifying optimization opportunities.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in SAP project management within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on quality.
3. In-depth knowledge of quality management processes and information systems (ERP, QMS, LIMS).
4. Advanced proficiency in SAP QM module and its integration with other modules (MM, PP, SD, WM, HUM).

1. Proven IT project management skills (planning, risk management, resource management) and expertise in methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
2. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams.
3. Client-oriented mindset with the ability to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
4. Strong autonomy, rigor, and decision-making capability in a complex and evolving environment.
5. Developed analytical and synthesis skills, capable of effectively solving complex problems.
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 10 years in SAP project management within the manufacturing sector, focusing on quality management.

Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
