1. Inspect components and finished products in accordance with quality standards, specifications, and defined procedures.
2. Record results using SAP and update daily activity dashboards.
3. Identify, quantify, and classify defects utilizing available quality elements.
4. Report discrepancies to the Technician responsible for components/finished products and formalize simple discrepancies with suppliers through disputes.
5. Independently follow up with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain certificates of conformity or quality documents.
6. Assist technicians in managing continuous supplier improvements.
7. Operate various measuring devices according to operational procedures and methods.
8. Contribute to the enhancement of measurement methods and the adjustment of control devices.
9. Conduct specific tests, synthesize results in reports, and communicate findings to technicians.
10. Serve as the primary contact for the control of new products.
11. Participate in the development and updating of sample collections.
12. Conduct internal audits.
13. Provide training on component and finished product control through mentorship.
14. Maintain and clean equipment areas in the work sector following 5S principles.

1. Experience in quality control or packaging within the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational skills.

4. Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Relevant experience in quality control or packaging within the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries is required.
