Chanel Quality Control Laboratory Technician

- Conduct quality control on semi-finished and finished products in accordance with internal control methods, ensuring priority handling for product release.
- Perform organoleptic analyses, including assessments of appearance, color, scent, and cosmetic texture.
- Execute physico-chemical analyses such as pH, density, viscosity, texture measurement, and colorimetry.
- Carry out finished product analyses, including appearance checks, batch code verification, and customer usage tests.
- Conduct microbiological and analytical testing.
- Verify manufacturing and packaging batch records.
- Address non-conformities and anomalies, employing 5M methodology to identify causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with production, planning teams, R&D interfaces, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, or analytical sciences.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry.
- Proficiency in control equipment and methods.
- Knowledge of cosmetic materials, products, and quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO 22716 (GMP for Cosmetics) is advantageous.
- Competence in using software tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Dynamic and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage production-related urgencies.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, or analytical sciences.
