Chanel Quality Control Laboratory Technician

The industrial and supply teams at Chanel's three sites in Oise are dedicated to manufacturing and distributing Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup globally, ensuring swift industrialization of new products.
- Conduct quality control of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products in accordance with internal control methods, prioritizing release processes.
- Demonstrate versatility in analytical methods and laboratory activities, including organoleptic, physico-chemical, and analytical analyses.
- Perform final product analyses such as appearance, batch code, and customer usage checks.
- Verify quality documentation, including analysis bulletins, batch records, and laboratory notebooks.
- Address non-conformities and anomalies, employing a 5M methodology to identify corrective and improvement actions.
- Collaborate closely with production, planning teams, R&D interfaces, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biochemistry, chemistry, or microbiology.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries.
- Proficiency in control equipment and methods.
- Knowledge of cosmetic materials, products, and quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO 22716 (GMP for Cosmetics) is advantageous.
- Competency in using software tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Dynamic, organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage production-related urgencies.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biochemistry, chemistry, or microbiology.
