- Coordinate laboratory activities considering deadlines and priorities using key performance indicators.
- Adapt human and material resources according to activity demands.
- Ensure adherence to standards and compliance of all tests conducted, maintaining quality and deadline requirements.
- Supervise the implementation and adherence to procedures and operational methods.
- Manage stock of consumables required for testing.
- Oversee equipment usage and maintenance scheduling, staying informed on operational needs.
- Analyze the impact of new regulations on laboratory activities and propose additional tests or actions.
- Alert Quality stakeholders about risks identified through testing.
- Develop partnerships with external laboratories, including partner identification and negotiation of timelines and pricing.
- Conduct regular benchmarking of best practices to optimize existing processes.
- Advanced degree (BAC+5) in Textile Engineering or related field.
- Significant management experience in the textile and luxury sectors, ideally within a Quality or Laboratory environment.
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to unite a team of technical experts around quality objectives.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage emergencies and priorities with confidence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- High degree of rigor, organizational, and structural skills.
- Curiosity, positive energy, and a client-oriented mindset.
Significant experience in management within the textile and luxury sectors, particularly in Quality or Laboratory settings.
Advanced degree (BAC+5) in Textile Engineering or related field.
