Chanel Quality Control and After Sales Services Executive

- Ensure compliance with quality standards for core and high-end watches and jewelry products.
- Arbitrate quality issues within the country and liaise with regional or global offices as necessary.
- Provide boutique support and training on quality-related issues.
- Represent the country within the global Chanel quality organization.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports and communicate quality alerts to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the repair process and communication for jewelry repairs, both locally and globally.
- Manage spare parts and inventory control measures.
- Support boutiques with after-sales service training.
- Oversee procedures and processes related to POS/CASS/AX/WMS systems.
- College or University graduate.
- GIA Graduate Gemologist Diploma is mandatory.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.
- Agile and open-minded.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with experience in statistical quality control being advantageous.
College or University graduate with a GIA Graduate Gemologist Diploma.
