- 3 to 5 years of experience in after-sales, product quality control, or project management roles.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance client experiences.
- Resilience in handling challenging situations and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and technological proficiency across platforms.
- Client-centric approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in after-sales or product quality control roles.
