1. Oversee the implementation of the quality framework within the Fragrance Laboratory in Neuilly-sur-Seine and Grasse.
2. Manage documentation processes, including information compilation, document creation, updates, and training.
3. Participate in internal audits and audits of raw material suppliers.
4. Coordinate future inspections and certifications.
5. Establish activity indicators and dashboards.
6. Contribute to risk assessments related to changes.
7. Serve as the Hygiene-Safety-Environment reference and participate in chemical risk assessments for various departments.
8. Lead multiple cross-functional teams.

1. Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in quality assurance.

1. Strong technical knowledge in quality assurance.
2. Proficiency in document drafting.
3. Organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English.
5. Autonomy and proactivity.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
8. Collaborative spirit and pedagogical approach.

5 to 10 years of significant experience in quality assurance.

Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in a quality and technical field.
