- Analyze customer feedback data to develop quality alerts and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Quality team in ongoing projects and collaborate with global leather goods manufacturers and after-sales teams.
- Maintain and update the Leather Goods Defects Reference Guide to ensure comprehensive and precise defect characterization.
- Provide data for qualification and improvement projects, occasionally participating in research topics.
- Facilitate partner quality animation by creating and distributing performance indicators and monitoring associated action plans.
- Supply project managers with quality performance indicators to assist in quality assurance eligibility assessments.
- Monitor market performance of quality-assured references to identify potential issues early and propose action plans.
- Track customer feedback through after-sales service and monthly reports to refine analyses.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field with a focus on luxury and fashion products.
- Proficiency in English and ideally Italian.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and organized with strong analytical skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
No specific prior experience required, but a background in quality assurance or luxury fashion is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
