1. Monitor and manage quality performance of metal component suppliers through the implementation and dissemination of recurring indicators.
2. Participate in defining and validating quality criteria for new metal finish developments.
3. Update testing protocols and specifications related to metal components.
4. Support the team in developing and tracking improvement plans to ensure component quality and durability.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Basic understanding of materials and metal finishing processes.
3. Previous experience in quality management is advantageous.

1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Proactive and anticipatory mindset.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English, with Italian being a plus.
5. Advanced proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Previous experience in quality management, particularly in risk assessment and methodology, is beneficial.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
