1. Oversee the change management process, including reviewing existing procedures, proposing enhancements, and updating documentation.
2. Organize follow-up meetings to ensure the successful implementation of new processes.
3. Contribute to the development of automated performance indicators.

1. Master's degree in Quality or Biology
2. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and good manufacturing practices (GMP)

1. Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and Power BI
2. Team-oriented mindset
3. Analytical and synthesis capabilities
4. Ability to work independently

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.
