1. Coordinate operational activities at the production site, including managing and addressing product non-conformities and supporting annual product reviews.
2. Oversee the release of OTC (Over The Counter) product batches.
3. Participate in the site's document management and coordinate 'change control' processes within assigned areas.
4. Conduct internal and external audits and provide quality training, including module development and presentation.
5. Monitor action plans following audits and inspections, and manage various improvement projects.
6. Coordinate the site's Validation Master Plan (VMP), including equipment, utilities, and facility qualification, information system validation, cleaning method validation, and process validation.
7. Lead continuous improvement projects, contribute to cross-site project groups, and serve as a technical reference in areas of expertise.
8. Update indicators and dashboards related to the area of activity.

1. Engineering or pharmacy degree.
2. Previous experience in quality assurance and/or qualification/validation.

1. Strong leadership and autonomy.
2. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
3. Proficiency in professional English.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidates should have prior experience in quality assurance and/or qualification/validation.

Degree in engineering or pharmacy.
