1. Coordinate and oversee product testing, including wear and robotic tests, and analyze results.
2. Support project managers in prototype validation and sample assessments.
3. Participate in the color matching validation process.
4. Update technical data for recurring products in the PLM system.
5. Prepare and disseminate periodic reports on wear tests and industrialization indicators.
6. Update procedures and support tools for the team as needed.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as standardizing the recurring product reference framework.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field.
2. Strong product sensitivity in luxury and fashion.
3. Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Team-oriented mindset and customer service orientation.
4. Ability to react quickly and work under pressure.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and product development is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field.
