- Establish the operational framework for defining and executing technical and functional tests within the domain.
- Support functional teams in the Clients-Sales-Aftersales domain in implementing their tests.
- Conduct complex tests requiring special support from the cross-functional team.
- Promote quality culture among Product Owners, IT Project Managers, and Business teams.
- Co-lead validation milestones with Product Owners, ensuring quality management based on tangible test data.
- Organize and prioritize defect backlogs in coordination with Product Owners.
- Participate in defining monitoring solutions tailored to business needs and facilitate their implementation.
- Develop and maintain the QA practice within the domain, leveraging existing tools and methodologies.
- Ensure the stability and availability of test environments in collaboration with IT Project Managers.
- Oversee the SQLI QA Competence Center in Rabat, including project committees, staffing, and workload planning.
- Engineering or relevant technical degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting firm or large international company.
- Proven experience in establishing QA practices or Testing Factories within an IT/Tech organization.
- Expertise in manual and automated testing, mobility, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Cloud, Green IT, Monitoring, Agile Scrum, and SAFe.
- Ability to manage large-scale international projects in complex environments.
- Strong organizational skills and performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Xray, Squash, Jira, and Confluence.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 8 years in a consulting firm or large international organization, with recognized experience in establishing QA practices or Testing Factories.
Engineering or relevant technical degree.
