1. Oversee visual merchandising and presentation of the showroom, ensuring alignment with brand standards and collection themes.
2. Coordinate loans for press shoots and celebrity and influencer activations, including preparation of items, booking of couriers, and liaising with editorial warehouses and logistics teams.
3. Ensure proper upkeep and storage of stock, coordinating with dry cleaners and seamstresses for deliveries and pick-ups.
4. Manage international showroom stock, including reception and return of press racks loaned from the international team or other markets.
5. Collaborate with training, media, marketing, and international coordination teams to maximize the showroom’s impact as a branding tool.
6. Manage showroom inventory, including stock checks and loan logistics, coordinating with Audit and Finance teams for product movements.
7. Compile regular reports on showroom activities and provide insights and recommendations to enhance showroom operations.

1. Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; French and Portuguese are advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and planning abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proven experience in luxury retail or showroom management.
3. Aesthetic sensibility and visual merchandising skills.
4. Experience with Launch Metrics is a plus.

Proven experience in luxury retail or showroom management, with a strong understanding of the luxury market and fashion trends.

Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.
