1. Assist PR Managers in the Fashion and Beauty divisions.
2. Handle press requests, including product send-outs and price inquiries.
3. Manage and classify visual assets.
4. Monitor media coverage across print and digital platforms.
5. Coordinate inventory and product send-outs for makeup.
6. Prepare reports and analyses for product launches.
7. Support new product launches, including press release preparation and translation checks.
8. Monitor and engage with influencers across social media channels.
9. Utilize media monitoring tools to assess social media visibility.
10. Contribute to event planning and management, including influencer selection and post-event reporting.
11. Assist with fashion press requests and sample management.
12. Participate in showroom management and sample handling.
13. Prepare internal presentations and PR showroom for press visits.

1. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
2. Availability for a minimum of six months.

1. Strong understanding of media environments, including print, digital, and social media.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Affinity for the luxury sector.
4. Team player with a proactive and positive mindset.

No prior experience required, but a strong understanding of the media environment is essential.
