1. Assist PR Managers across Fashion and Beauty divisions.
2. Manage and follow up on press requests, including product send-outs and price inquiries.
3. Organize and classify visuals for media use.
4. Monitor media coverage across print and digital platforms.
5. Coordinate inventory and product send-outs for makeup.
6. Support new product launches, including press releases and translation checks.
7. Monitor and engage with social media influencers across all platforms.
8. Utilize media monitoring tools to track social media visibility.
9. Prepare post-launch reports and analyses.
10. Contribute to event planning and management, including influencer selection and post-event reporting.
11. Assist with fashion press requests and sample management.
12. Support showroom management and press visit preparations.
13. Create internal presentations and reports.

1. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
2. Permission to live and work in Belgium.

1. Strong teamwork and flexibility.
2. Proactive and positive mindset.
3. Comprehensive understanding of the media environment, including print, digital, and social media.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Affinity for the luxury sector.

No prior experience required, but a good understanding of the media environment is essential.
