1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists and influencers to ensure effective communication and maximum media coverage.
2. Execute the public relations plan and monitor expenditures against the budget.
3. Organize and manage divisional PR events and presentations.
4. Coordinate with the Marketing team to integrate PR sessions into marketing events.
5. Oversee PR agency activities, including competitor reporting and monthly clipping submissions for the Global PR team.
6. Coordinate with regional and global teams regarding press tools orders and management.
7. Manage all loaning and gifting processes for three divisions.
8. Support divisional PR in arranging travel and accommodation for press trips.
9. Collaborate with external parties and internal finance and operations teams for contract and payment processes.
10. Participate in the execution of the emergency response strategy when required, potentially outside normal office hours.
11. Ensure compliance with financial and administrative policies and procedures in all activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field

1. Superb organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and remote systems such as SharePoint and MS Teams
3. Event planning and management skills
4. Strong time management skills and the ability to plan and manage work effectively
5. Analytical, research, and numeracy skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. High attention to accuracy and detail

Prior experience in a public relations role is required.

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
