1. Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including hotel bookings, ground transportation, and daily schedules for press and celebrity guests.
2. Assist in developing and managing press tour programs, including itineraries, site visits, and activity timelines.
3. Oversee restaurant reservations for press tours, group lunches, and dinners.
4. Supervise airport arrivals and departures, including greeting setup, signage, and car dispatch.
5. Manage vehicle and driver coordination, ensuring accurate routes, labels, and timing.
6. Support driver and agency briefings by providing movement guidelines and contact sheets.
7. Coordinate press gift preparation and in-room amenities.
8. Support welcome dinner operations, including invitations, guest management, and seating arrangements.
9. Assist in preparing press seating charts for fashion shows.
10. Provide on-site support for regional press shootings, focusing on logistics and coordination.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a major in fashion.
2. Proficient in English.

2. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Global awareness and methodical approach.
4. Outgoing personality.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the luxury market is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a major in fashion.
