- Support the organization and logistics for press and fashion boutique events under the supervision of the Fashion PR Manager.
- Maintain inventory, organization, and loans of the Panama Press Rack.
- Serve as the main contact for fashion and watches & fine jewelry shopping requests, ensuring follow-up with stylists and international press showrooms in New York and Paris.
- Upload fashion, watches & fine jewelry, corporate, and VIP clippings to the platform and prepare fashion reports for Paris bi-monthly.
- Distribute press releases and materials to regional press daily and weekly as needed.
- Create and oversee social media campaigns using Lefty.
- Collect, format, and save clippings from local agencies and edit links.
- Track monthly payments on Basware and review budgets with the PR Manager and Finance Department.
- Facilitate daily communication with journalists and influencers across 17 countries.
- Organize logistics and accreditation for fashion shows in Paris and traveling collections with the Fashion PR Manager.
- Identify and engage with new talents, including celebrities, press, and influencers.
- Support the organization of local events.
- Assist the Communications VP with administrative duties, including travel itineraries and meetings.
- Coordinate Press Rack logistics.
- Collect clippings and report visibility to Paris monthly.
- Provide strong support to the PR Manager.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (French is a plus).
- 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of detail.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of PR and marketing concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including databases, Excel, and design software such as Photoshop.
- An established press network in the region is advantageous.
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury industry, is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
