1. Coordinate various departments to ensure the achievement of objectives for the Watches and Wonders international salon.
2. Serve as operational support throughout the duration of the salon.
3. Manage onboarding for stakeholders involved in salon coordination.
4. Develop and implement sales and analytical tools for the salon.
5. Monitor and maintain budget adherence.
6. Oversee briefing and management of digital tools and animations.
7. Ensure effective communication and information sharing.
8. Select the hosting agency and recruit the on-site team.
9. Organize and communicate the program to top management.
10. Consolidate quantitative and qualitative feedback post-event and define the roadmap for the next salon.
11. Manage re-invoicing to markets.

1. Degree from a business school or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in project management, event coordination, or hospitality.

1. Exceptional project management skills with a focus on deadline management and anticipation.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Creative sensitivity and proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
