Chanel Project Manager, Traffic & Creative Coordination

- Support the Image Studio Governance and Image Production Manager in managing internal and external creative resources.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the design and development phases of creative assets are secure.
- Coordinate and follow the development of assigned creative projects, assisting creatives throughout all project stages.
- Identify and recruit new creative talents to enhance project outcomes.
- Evaluate project nature to determine necessary creative talents, team size, and talent seniority.
- Allocate appropriate time for each project phase requiring creative input.
- Optimize and plan creative team workloads.
- Develop project schedules, including creative and alignment sessions with the image production team.
- Ensure constant communication with various creative expertise areas.
- Participate in work sessions between creatives and production.
- Debrief orchestration teams and adjust timelines as needed.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure coherence, collective mastery, and deadline adherence.
- Identify project needs and adjust creative resources at key project moments.
- Master creative processes to ensure adherence and application by all involved.
- Foster a creative culture and positive energy within creative teams.
- Build a network of creative talents in collaboration with the Image Studio Governance and Production Manager.
- Identify talents in art schools and organize integration paths for new talents.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a creative-related field.
- In-depth understanding of various creative professions such as image, editorial design, scenography, architecture, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to identify and recruit creative talents.
- Strong creative sensitivity and cultural awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and human sensitivity.
