1. Ensure mastery of PLM and NEXT tools for collection development and production coordination.
2. Facilitate the understanding of upstream and downstream impacts of tool usage among users.
3. Coordinate updates of business processes with tool updates, in collaboration with the IT department.
4. Contribute to the training of new users in partnership with business and IT representatives.
5. Participate in defining and integrating new processes into existing tools.
6. Manage the portfolio of tool evolutions, particularly PLM and NEXT, in collaboration with the IT department.
7. Analyze and evaluate user requests for tool evolution, ensuring alignment with overall business activities.
8. Formalize process transformations and ensure their global coherence.
9. Collaborate with internal and external user communities on tool and data updates.
10. Act as a process and tool reference in IT projects, participating in workshops and committees as required.

1. Experience in IT project management (AMOA).
2. Strong analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in Italian and English.

Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in the coordination of operational tools within the fashion industry.
