- Draft and update guidelines for risk management, event management, training, and external partnerships in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for stakeholders within management systems.
- Lead or participate in roadmap projects and foster continuous improvement, including IT tool development for risk assessments and performance indicators.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for IT applications, conducting necessary business tests and liaising with IT departments.
- Participate in steering committees and prioritize user requests effectively.
- Ensure consistency in systems and processes across various sites over time.
- Visit sites to enhance field expertise, understand practices, and provide regulatory-compliant solutions.
- Contribute to community engagement and dynamics.
- Provide regulatory monitoring with potential external partners and address major identified issues.
- Lead governance instances within management systems.
- Conduct scheduled internal audits with potential external partners.
- Engage in team dynamics within the QHSE department and contribute to overall objectives.
- Master's degree in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) or related field.
- 3-5 years of operational experience in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or automotive.
- Project management involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and e-learning creation tools.
- Ability to manage interns or apprentices.

Master's degree in HSE or related field.
