- Lead and contribute to comprehensive transformation projects for bags and small leather goods, from components to packaging, in collaboration with operational teams.
- Implement the responsible metal policy with suppliers.
- Serve as the point of contact for a panel of manufacturers and suppliers of metal parts, ensuring operational follow-up and data collection for the leather goods carbon footprint assessment.
- Conduct life cycle analyses of components and/or finished products and act as the methodological reference for optimizing and proposing new measurement methods.
- Perform competitive intelligence on responsible transformation initiatives and enrich the database with key insights.
- Bachelor's degree plus five years of education, ideally in engineering.
- Significant initial experience in sustainable development.
- Meticulous attention to detail and curiosity.
- Pragmatism and strong team spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, and Power BI, as well as PLM systems.
- Fluency in French, Italian, and English.
A significant initial experience in sustainable development is required.
Bachelor's degree plus five years of education, ideally in engineering.
