Chanel Project Manager - Pop-Up Store Opening

- Lead the overall project timeline from concept to closure, including design, construction, staffing, training, communication, visual merchandising, and animation.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders such as logistics, retail operations, IT, finance, security, marketing, visual merchandising, and learning.
- Monitor and support agencies or companies responsible for store fit-out with the assistance of store planning.
- Ensure budget adherence and report to management.
- Facilitate a seamless store opening in partnership with local and regional retail operations, covering IT equipment, store procedures, logistics, and product reception and storage.
- Serve as the primary contact for the store team on operational matters.
- Support the deployment of in-store services such as appointments, store line, and alterations.
- Collaborate with local marketing to develop a customer activation calendar, defining needs and objectives for collection events and brand experiences.
- Actively implement store events from brief creation to cross-expertise orchestration and production follow-up.
- Analyze event results and share insights with local and regional teams.
- Oversee store closure logistics, dismantling, and supplier contract termination.
- Draft a post-mortem report with recommendations.
- Master's degree in project management, marketing, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of retail and operational challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain rigor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and service orientation.
- Preference for fieldwork, coordination, and demanding environments.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; German is a significant advantage.
3 to 6 years of experience in retail and/or event project management, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.
Master's degree in project management, marketing, or equivalent.
