1. Identify and analyze business needs of the European Operations teams for Perfumes and Beauty.
2. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure business needs are integrated into information systems.
3. Lead the implementation and deployment of European system projects in collaboration with IT teams.
4. Coordinate with global and subsidiary teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
5. Develop project governance and facilitate meetings with IT Europe and users.
6. Advocate for business needs to IT teams to propose appropriate system solutions.
7. Support change management for users, including onboarding, communication, and training on applications.
8. Execute operational implementation of projects, including drafting and executing functional application tests, maintaining existing applications, and managing system evolutions.

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager for complex international projects (minimum 3-5 years).
2. Strong expertise in project management and business analysis, particularly in ERP and BI systems.
3. Experience in supply chain operations is required.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
4. Fluency in English.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex international projects, with expertise in ERP and BI systems.

Higher education degree in a relevant field.
