1. Identify and analyze business needs of the Europe Operations teams and communicate them to IT teams.
2. Propose optimizations for supply chain processes and supporting systems.
3. Lead the implementation and deployment of European system projects in collaboration with IT teams.
4. Collaborate with global and subsidiary teams to integrate new processes and systems.
5. Formalize business needs through process documentation and specifications.
6. Manage projects including methodology, planning, resources, and deliverables with the IT team.
7. Establish project governance and facilitate meetings with IT Europe and users.
8. Represent business needs to IT to propose suitable system solutions.
9. Support change management for business users, including onboarding, project communication, and application training.
10. Execute operational implementation of projects, including application testing, maintenance, and evolution management.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager for complex international projects, with expertise in MOA, preferably in consulting or system integration (ERP and BI). Experience in supply chain operations is required.
