Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business needs of the Europe Operations teams and communicate them to IT teams.
- Propose optimizations for supply chain processes and supporting systems.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of European system projects in collaboration with IT teams.
- Collaborate with global and subsidiary teams to integrate new processes and systems.
- Formalize business needs through process documentation and specifications.
- Manage projects including methodology, planning, resources, and deliverables with the IT team.
- Establish project governance and facilitate meetings with IT Europe and users.
- Represent business needs to IT to propose suitable system solutions.
- Support change management for business users, including onboarding, project communication, and application training.
- Execute operational implementation of projects, including application testing, maintenance, and evolution management.

- Expertise in project management, organization, coordination, and initiative.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager for complex international projects, with expertise in MOA, preferably in consulting or system integration (ERP and BI). Experience in supply chain operations is required.
