1. Contribute to the development and optimization of project management processes.
2. Update and deploy 360° project management processes with the Artistic Direction and Parfum Beauté Division teams.
3. Propose continuous improvements to processes and create process maps.
4. Draft and update a reference document on the mission of project managers within the Project Management Office.
5. Coordinate and monitor transversal projects, including updating the annual deployment calendar for 360° campaigns.
6. Organize briefing sessions with Marketing and Communication teams.
7. Facilitate content delivery and communication between Artistic Direction and Division teams for strategic meetings.
8. Organize monthly meetings for the Project Management team.
9. Support the team in coordinating 360° campaigns.
10. Collect and analyze data related to 360° project management.
11. Assist the data analyst in gathering necessary data for analysis.

1. Higher education degree from a business school or university.
2. Significant initial experience in project management.

1. Proactive, curious, and meticulous with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience with mapping tools like Miro is highly recommended.
5. Strong interest and affinity with the artistic and creative sector.
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

A significant initial experience in project management is required.

Higher education degree from a business school or university.
