Chanel Project Manager
Chanel, a prestigious name in luxury fashion, operates G&F Châtelain, its horological and jewelry manufacturing branch in Switzerland. - Lead and actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and transforming production and logistics processes.
 - Contribute to the deployment of operational excellence by facilitating Lean initiatives, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and coaching managers.
 - Utilize Lean Management tools to analyze and optimize existing processes.
 - Participate in the implementation of digital solutions and drive the adoption of new technologies to optimize processes.
 - Ensure effective project management on-site, adhering to best practices in project planning, monitoring, communication, risk management, and change management.
 - Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to deploy effective and innovative solutions.
 
- Engineering degree in production, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent (Master's degree).
 - Successful project management experience of 2 to 5 years, particularly in transformation or performance improvement contexts, ideally within operations.
 
- Proficiency in Lean Management tools and project management methodologies (Lean initiatives, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
 - Strong knowledge of digital tools and ERP systems (ideally Pro Concept) used in production and logistics.
 - Advanced Excel skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project success within deadlines and budget constraints.
 
2 to 5 years of successful project management experience, particularly in transformation or performance improvement contexts, ideally within operations.
Master's degree in Engineering, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
