Chanel Project Manager - Gemstone Development

- Serve as the primary liaison for the Gemstone department, coordinating with product development teams, suppliers, and manufacturing workshops.
- Ensure the availability of gemstones to manufacturing workshops, adhering to the defined specifications and aesthetic and technical standards of the Maison.
- Oversee technical information, pricing, quantities, and supply timelines for gemstones, including data formalization and project closure.
- Coordinate additional tasks related to gemstone procurement, including quality control and logistics, while managing priorities.
- Create reports and provide visibility on schedules, workload, milestones, and alerts related to gemstone data for finished products.
- Ensure the performance of gemstone procurement and its key performance indicators.
- Propose continuous improvement actions to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Participate in planning milestones from feasibility studies to post-delivery feedback on collections.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Knowledge of jewelry industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in team collaboration and cross-functional communication
- Strong IT skills, particularly in PLM systems and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and integrity
- Fluency in English
A minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably with exposure to the jewelry sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
