Project Manager - Jewelry and Watchmaking Stones

1. Act as the main contact for the Stones department for product development teams, suppliers, and manufacturing workshops.
2. Ensure the availability of stones to manufacturing workshops according to defined specifications and aesthetic and technical choices.
3. Manage technical information, pricing, quantities, and supply timelines for stones, including data formalization and project closure.
4. Coordinate tasks related to stone supply, such as quality control and logistics, and manage priorities.
5. Create reports and provide visibility on schedules, workload, milestones, and alerts.
6. Ensure the performance of stone supply and its KPIs.
7. Propose continuous improvement actions to enhance productivity and service quality.
8. Participate in milestone planning from feasibility studies to post-collection reviews.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of project management experience.
2. Knowledge of jewelry is a plus.

1. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
2. Proficiency in IT systems (PLM) and advanced Excel skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, agility, adaptability, rigor, integrity, and discretion.
4. Fluency in English.

Minimum of 5 years in project management.
