Chanel Project Manager, Fashion Jewelry and Leather Belts Industrialization

- Coordinate the development and industrialization of fashion jewelry and leather belts with manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Anticipate risks during the collection development phase and lead risk analysis meetings with manufacturers.
- Support cost optimization and technical decision-making during product development.
- Define quality criteria for each collection and product, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and durability.
- Lead collection and transfer reviews with manufacturers and oversee product industrialization, including prototypes and laboratory tests.
- Manage the validation of pre-series with manufacturers, ensuring adherence to validation schedules.
- Update and communicate performance indicators to manufacturers and production management.
- Support quality assurance during production and address any quality alerts in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement plans for technical and quality enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the craftsmanship and process project manager to drive technical improvements.
- Engineering or Technical degree in materials, metallurgy, or leather.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in jewelry or metal accessories.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Excellent organizational and anticipatory abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PLM software.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the jewelry or metal accessories sector.
Degree in Engineering or Technical field related to materials, metallurgy, or leather.
