1. Lead clinical and perception efficacy studies during the development phase across skincare, makeup, and toiletries.
2. Represent the Efficacy Evaluation team in steering and reporting meetings.
3. Develop evaluation plans to support expected claims while ensuring benefit consistency within franchises.
4. Manage external testing execution within budget and development timelines.
5. Consolidate and communicate study reports to R&D and Marketing teams.
6. Contribute to the development of scientific concepts for skincare and makeup in response to marketing briefs.
7. Facilitate project groups in Research and Development to create innovative scientific concepts.
8. Position concepts within the franchise environment and market context.

1. Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biophysics, Cosmetic Formulation, or Pharmacy with significant experience in Efficacy Evaluation and scientific concept creation.

1. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for managing numerous internal interfaces.
2. Dynamic with product sensitivity and a strong understanding of skin biology and the cosmetic market.
3. Highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Adaptability in a complex environment with the ability to manage situations calmly and with perspective.
6. Proficiency in technical English.

Significant experience in Efficacy Evaluation and scientific concept creation within the cosmetics industry.

Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biophysics, Cosmetic Formulation, or Pharmacy.
