Chanel Project Manager, Benefits and Performance

- Manage the design of makeup projects, ensuring alignment with International Marketing and Makeup Creation Studio.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including formulation, active ingredients, biology, regulatory, toxicology, and packaging experts, to develop scientific and technical concepts.
- Ensure the translation of scientific and technical concepts into product ranges.
- Facilitate the availability of prototypes and their documentation for timely development.
- Oversee the evaluation of makeup product performance, constructing evaluation plans and monitoring budgets.
- Conduct internal tests and identify potential solutions early in the project lifecycle.
- Manage external testing, selecting appropriate CROs and ensuring proper study execution.
- Consolidate and communicate study reports to International Marketing and Research & Development teams.
- Stay informed on new approaches to product performance through literature, patent studies, and conferences, proposing new external collaborations.
- Ensure implementation of external study data to enhance the product performance database.
- Master's degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product performance evaluation.
- Experience in scientific communication is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and dynamism.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset for proposing innovative concepts.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of skin and cosmetic products.
- Agility in a complex environment.
- Ability to manage situations with calmness and perspective.
- Proficiency in technical English is essential.
A minimum of 5 years in product performance evaluation within the cosmetics industry.
Master's degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.
