1. Lead the development, management, and implementation of the strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Director of Sustainability and Exceptional Supply Chains.
2. Ensure alignment of the roadmap with strategic objectives.
3. Formalize and communicate the strategic vision of the department.
4. Organize strategic meetings and prepare presentations and reports for various internal and external committees.
5. Conduct analyses to support decision-making processes.
6. Actively contribute to the framing, management, and coordination of projects within the department, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
7. Implement project management tools and KPIs to measure impact.
8. Facilitate seamless communication within the department and with various stakeholders.
9. Manage the department's agenda, ensuring strategic priorities are met.
10. Facilitate interactions with external and internal entities and prepare strategic reflections, seminars, and meetings.
11. Consolidate, analyze, and share data necessary for activity management.
12. Prepare presentation materials for strategic communication.

1. Advanced degree with substantial experience in project management.
2. Proven leadership and influence capabilities.
3. Strong strategic thinking and pragmatic project implementation skills.
4. Analytical mindset with strong synthesis and formalization abilities.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and meeting facilitation.
6. Deep knowledge of the Watch and Jewelry sector.
7. Fluent in English.
