1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects using appropriate tools.
2. Support change management initiatives by collaborating closely with business teams.
3. Aid in the design and implementation of training programs.
4. Contribute to the drafting of communication documents, such as newsletters.
5. Assist in the planning and organization of internal communication events.
6. Standardize work methodologies and establish KPIs to enhance departmental performance.
7. Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

3. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
